At DIY Arts, every product is made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyerโ€™s remorse

  • Wrong name, spelling, date, message, or personalization detail provided by the customer

  • Wrong photo or image file uploaded by the customer

  • Wrong size, color, or variant selected by the customer

  • The customer no longer wants the item after production has started

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, names, dates, images, and product options.

We will make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

To request help with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@diyarts.store within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, remake, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

DIY Arts is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided personalization details, low-quality images, unclear instructions, or incorrect shipping addresses.
