We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors, materials, size perception, and final appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, material availability, and the quality of the photo or personalization details you provide.

Because many of our products are customized, the final result may depend on the quality, resolution, lighting, and clarity of the image or file submitted by the customer.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

By placing a custom or personalized order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and ready for production. This includes names, spelling, dates, text, images, photos, design choices, product options, and shipping information.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting your order.

DIY Arts is not responsible for errors caused by:

  • Misspelled names or words provided by the customer

  • Incorrect dates, messages, or personalization details

  • Low-quality, blurry, dark, cropped, or unclear images

  • Wrong product size, color, or variant selected by the customer

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customer changes requested after production has started

Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. DIY Arts reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed.

If we need to contact you about your order, we may use the email address, phone number, billing address, or shipping address provided at checkout.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and shipping information for all orders placed through our store.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers. DIY Arts does not store your full credit card information.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DIY Arts currently ships primarily within the United States.

Because our products are made to order, all orders require processing and production time before shipment. Processing time is generally 3–7 business days after your order is placed and personalization details are confirmed.

Estimated shipping time is generally 3–8 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. DIY Arts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final once production has begun.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect customer-provided information, wrong photo uploaded by the customer, wrong product option selected by the customer, or other customer errors.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us at support@diyarts.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, remake, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMER-UPLOADED CONTENT

Some products may require you to upload photos, images, artwork, names, text, or other personalization details.

By uploading or submitting content to DIY Arts, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it

  • The content does not violate the rights of any third party

  • The content is not illegal, harmful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate

  • You grant DIY Arts permission to use the submitted content only as needed to create, process, and fulfill your order
