DIY Arts currently ships primarily within the United States.

Because our products are made to order, all orders require production time before shipment.

Processing time:
3–7 business days after your order is placed and personalization details are confirmed.

Estimated shipping time:
3–8 business days after processing, depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. DIY Arts is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@diyarts.store. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started or the order has shipped.
